(2)It shall also be stated in the notice to be published under sub-rule (1) that the Regional Plan or part thereof, as the case may be, shall come into operation after the expiry of a period of one month from the date of publication of notice referred to above and a copy thereof may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the offices of-(i)the Board ;(ii)the Designated Planning Agency; and(iii)the Deputy Commissioner(s), Sub Divisional Officers (C), Block Development and Panchayat Officer and local authorities in whose jurisdiction the Planning Area wholly or partly falls.
