25. Form and manner of publication of notice of Regional Plan under section 64.
(1)A public notice in Form II stating the fact that the draft Regional Plan or part thereof as the case may be sent to the State Government in terms of sub-section (9) of section 63 has been approved by the State Government.(2)It shall also be stated in the notice to be published under sub-rule (1) that the Regional Plan or part thereof, as the case may be, shall come into operation after the expiry of a period of one month from the date of publication of notice referred to above and a copy thereof may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the offices of-(i)the Board ;(ii)the Designated Planning Agency; and(iii)the Deputy Commissioner(s), Sub Divisional Officers (C), Block Development and Panchayat Officer and local authorities in whose jurisdiction the Planning Area wholly or partly falls.
