Section 1 in The U.P. Excise (Regulation Of Transport And Possession Of Country Liquor) Rules, 1980
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Excise (Regulation of Transport and Possession of Country Liquor) Rules, 1980.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publications in the official Gazette.
