Section 1 in Rajasthan Government Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2013
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan [***] [Deleted 'Government' by Notification No. G.S.R. 63, dated 17.3.2015 (w.e.f. 5.6.2013).] Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2013.(2)They shall come into force with immediate effect.
