4. Local Limits of jurisdiction.
(1)The Custodian shall exercise jurisdiction within the limits of the whole of the territories to which the Act extends subject to the general superintendence and control of the Central Government.(2)Subject to the other provisions of these rules, the local limits of jurisdiction of an Assistant Custodian shall be such as may, from time to time, be determined by the Central Government.
