18. Mechanism for pass through of gains or losses on account of uncontrollable factors.
- 18.1 The approved aggregate gain or loss to the Generating Company or Licensee on account of uncontrollable factors shall be passed through as an adjustment in the tariff of the Generating Company or Licensee over such period as may be specified in the Order of the Commission passed under Regulation 17.10:18.2Nothing contained in this Regulation 18 shall apply in respect of any gain or loss arising out of variations in the price of fuel, which shall be dealt with as specified in Regulation 82.
