Section 18(18) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
18.2Nothing contained in this Regulation 18 shall apply in respect of any gain or loss arising out of variations in the price of fuel, which shall be dealt with as specified in Regulation 82.
