Section 8(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2006
(1)The Government may, by order, constitute District level, taluk level or village level committees with members nominated by the Board and such committees shall be presided by an official nominated by the Government.
