8. Committees.
(1)The Government may, by order, constitute District level, taluk level or village level committees with members nominated by the Board and such committees shall be presided by an official nominated by the Government.(2)The Committee shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the scheme or entrusted by the Board, from time to time.
