Section 16(X) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) Regulations, 2016
(X)The Superintendent along with his invigilating staff will sign prescribed certificate stating that the packet containing Question Booklets were found sealed and shall count the Question Booklets and Answer Sheets to ensure that their number is the same as the number of the candidates for each centre and discrepancy, if any, shall be reported to the Board immediately.
