Section 38(1) in Bihar Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1980
(1)The contractor shall provide to every migrant workman where the temperature falls below 20 degree centigrade, protective clothing consisting of one woollen coat and one woollen trousers once in two years:Provided that where the temperature falls below 5 degree centigrade a woollen overcoat shall also be provided to the migrant workman once in three years.
