80H. Inspection, search and seizure of stocks of morphine - Sections 41, 42, 10, 71 and 78.
- The stocks of morphine under the custody of a recognised medical institution shall be open for inspection, search and seizure by the Drug Controller or any other officer subordinate to him or the officers of other Departments of the Government empowered under Sections 41 and 42 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Act 61 of 1985).".
