Section 3(4) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(4)The University may establish, affiliate, recognize or maintain campus, off-campus, administrative campus, constituent college, training center, regional center, school, college, study center, learning center , research stations, extension centers, finishing schools anywhere in the State of Manipur and elsewhere/ anywhere in India as it may deem fit;Provided that the University may, with the approval of Governing Board, establish such centers anywhere outside of India or overseas as may be permissible under relevant laws of the land.
