Section 25(2) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (Election to Market Committees), Rules 1961
(2)The election programme shall be published not less than seven days before the date fixed for filing nomination papers :-(a)by pasting a copy at the office of the Assistant Registrar, Co- operative Societies and at such other conspicuous places in the notified market area as may be determined by the Deputy Commissioner in this behalf; and(b)by supplying a copy to each Co-operative Societies in existence in the notified market area.
