Section 6(1) in Haryana School Teachers Selection Board Act, 2011
(1)Every member shall, unless he becomes disqualified for continuing as such, hold office for a term of three years or until he attains the age of 72 years, whichever is earlier :Provided that a member may, by writing under his hand, addressed to the Government, may resign his office, but shall continue in office until his resignation is accepted by the Government.
