Section 2(l) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2004
(l)Words and expressions used and not defined in these Regulations but defined in the Act or the Grid Code, shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Act or the Grid Code, shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Act or the Grid Code, as the case may be.
