7. Contents of application. - Every application to be made under section 6 shall include,-
(a)a description of the undertaking and of the route to be followed by the proposed aerial ropeway;(b)a description of the system of construction and management and of the advantages to the community to be expected from such ropeway;(c)an estimate of the cost of construction thereof;(d)a statement of the estimated working expenses and profits in respect thereof;(e)a statement of the maximum and minimum rates which it is proposed to charge;(f)such maps, plans, sections and drawings in connection therewith as the State Government may require in order to form an idea of the proposal.[(g) a description of basic engineering design and risk analysis of ropeway, schemes for safety requirements and emergency plan for rescue operations;(h)drawings showing the electrical layouts control circuits, lighting circuits and earthing systems;(i)such other information and documents as may prescribed.]
