Section 22B(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1962
(1)In the case of an institution already affiliated at the date of commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Pravidhik Shiksha (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 1974, a draft of the Scheme of Administration shall be prepared and submitted to the Director for his approval in accordance with Section 22-C within six months from the said commencement and in all other cases along with the application for affiliation.
