Section 116(1) in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
(1)It shall be lawful for any survey officer authorised in this behalf to erect or cause to be constructed, laid out, maintained or repaired, boundary marks, or survey marks of villages or survey numbers or sub-divisions and to assess all charges incurred thereby on the holders or others having an interest therein.
