Section 1 in The Rajasthan Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 2000
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 2000.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)In pursuance of section 3 of the Rajasthan Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1958 (Act No. 23 of 1958), it is hereby declared that it is expedient in public interest that this Act shall have immediate effect under the said Act.
