Section 25(1) in The Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004
(1)All consignments of agricultural produce, processed or unprocessed, arriving in the market area of the Committee for the purposes of sale shall be brought into the principal market yard or subsidiary yard by the farmers/agriculturists/ sellers in the first instance and if the farmer/agriculturist/seller does not bring his produce in the principal yard/subsidiary yard of the Committee and intentionally tries to make sale/makes sale of his goods outside the notified yard/subsidiary yard, the stocks of the notified produce shall be recovered/seized as per the provisions of Sections 57 and 58 of the Act.
