Group-I Posts.-By promotion from amongst substantively appointed incumbents of Group-II Posts of the sub-section, who have completed five years services as such on the first day of the year of recruitment.Group-II Posts.-(i) Fifty percent by promotion from amongst substantively appointed incumbents of Group-Ill Posts of the sub-section, who have completed five years service as such on the first day of the year of recruitment.(ii)Fifty percent by direct recruitment through the Commission on the basis of interview.Group-III Posts.-By direct recruitment through the Commission on the basis of interview.
