Section 2(xiii) in The Faridabad Complex Water-Supply Bye-laws
(xiii)"House" means dwelling house, whether a private dwelling house or not, and includes any part of a building if that part is occupied as a separate dwelling house or any land to which water from the waterworks is supplied.
