(9)Projecting loads and cranes. - (a) If the load on a wagon projects beyond its length, a guard or dummy-truck shall be used beneath the projection.(b)No loco-crane shall travel without load unless the jib is completely lowered and positioned in line with the track.(c)When it is necessary for a loco-crane to travel with a load, the jib shall not be swung until the loco-crane has come to rest.
