(3)Special Categories:-(i)10 (Ten) Points for the Head Master Grade II/Mandal Educational Officer/Lecturer District Institute of Education and Training who are retiring with in Two Years from 1st July of the academic year.(ii)10 (Ten) points for un-married female Head Master Grade 11/ Mandal Educational Officer/ Lecturer District Institute of Education and Training.(iii)10 (Ten) points for Head Master Grade II/Mandal Educational Officer/Lecturer District Institute of Education and Training whose spouse is working in Government or Public Sector or Local body or Aided Institutions.(iv)10 (Ten) points to the President and the General Secretary of District Units and the State Level President and General Secretary of recognized Associations.
