Section 53(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)The annual report of the Vishwavidyalaya shall be prepared under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and submitted to the Executive Council at least one month before the annual meeting at which it is to be considered.
