53. Annual Report.
(1)The annual report of the Vishwavidyalaya shall be prepared under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and submitted to the Executive Council at least one month before the annual meeting at which it is to be considered.(2)The Executive Council shall, after considering the annual report, forward a copy thereof to the Government.(3)On receipt of a copy of the annual report, the Government shall cause a copy of such report together with their comments thereon to be laid before the Vidhan Sabha.
