7. Capital Investment.
- Subject to the provisions of the Act, and the rules and policies made thereunder, the Commission shall approve the capital investment plan of a generating company for the control period commensurate with generation capacity growth. The investment plan shall also include a capitalisation schedule and financing plan for the planned investment. Adjustment for the actual capital investment vis-a-vis approved capital investment shall be done at the end of the control period.
