6. No Permit for Departmental Plantations.
- No permit shall be issued for sale of materials [from plantations] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 242/24.2.1978.] raised by the Department.Notes - In Rule 6 the words "from plantations" have been substituted for the words "for plantations vide Orissa Gazette, Extraordinary No. 242, dated 24-2-1978."
