50. Packing of consignment - Section 10(1)(a).
- Every consignment of poppy straw to be transported, imported or exported under these rules, orders shall be properly packed and firmly secured and sealed so that it cannot be opened and its contents tampered with or extracted without breakage of or damage to the seals of packing material.
