Section 1 in Manipur International University Act, 2018
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Manipur International University Act, 2018.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Manipur.(3)It shall come into force and shall have a permanent value from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of Government of Manipur.(4)It is applicable to the "Manipur International University" which is established and incorporated by this Act, and any matter relating and/or incidental thereto.
