Section 346(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)No officer shall be confirmed in the Indian Naval Volunteer Reserve unless he has successfully completed his initial training of two months and is recommended by the Commanding Officer under whom such training is completed.
