Section 56T in The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961
56T. Withdrawal of candidature.- (1) Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by application in writing and deliver it personally to the Returning Officer within the stipulated time as specified in the election programme.
(2)No person who has given an application of Withdrawal of his candidature shall be allowed to cancel the applications.
