Section 14(1) in M.P. Recognition of Secondary and Higher Secondary School Rules, 2017
(1)From the date of publication of these rules in Madhya Pradesh Gazette, existing Madhya Pradesh Madhyamik Evam Ucchatar Madhyamik Shala Manyata Niyam, 2015 shall stand repealed with effect from academic session 2017-18.
