Section 70(iii) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(iii)Joining time is admissible if a teacher has been awaiting posting orders under orders of competent authority on the expiry of leave or otherwise at the place of last duty, provided he is specifically authorised to avail joining time.
