Section 15(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)The University shall be opened to all persons and shall not discriminate against any person irrespective of caste, creed, disability, ethnicity, gender, place of domicile, political belief/affiliation/opinion, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, citizenship status, age, disability, genetic information or any other class or categorization of human beings and it shall not be lawful for the University to adopt or impose on any person, any test whatsoever of religious /political -belief or any profession in order to entitle him to be appointed as a Teacher of the University or to hold any other office therein or to be admitted as a student in the University or to graduate there at or to enjoy or exercise any privilege thereof.
