Section 100(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)The total annual expenses and expected return on equity of a transmission licensee shall be worked out on the basis of expenses and return allowed in terms of Part III read with Regulation 95 to 99 of these Regulations.
