Section 43 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Irrigation Act, 1973
43. Appeal to the Collector.
(1)Any person aggrieved by award made under section 41, may within sixty days from the date of the award, appeal to the Collector.(2)The provisions of Goa, Daman and Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968 (9 of 1969) shall apply to such appeals, as if the officer empowered under section 39, was a Revenue Officer and the Collector was his immediate superior.
