114. Classification of public roads, fairs and festivals etc.
- The classification of public roads, fairs and festivals, choultries, dispensaries and libraries in any Gram Panchayat area as appertaining to the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.], [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] or the Gram Panchayat shall be made by the Commissioner in such manner as may be prescribed.
