Section 13A(iii) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2004
(iii)No bidder shall be allowed to quote price which is more than five times the floor price in case of inter-regional transmission system and more than a two and a half times the floor price in case of inter-regional transmission system.
