Section 26(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)On reasonable cause, the contracting parties may, in the course, alter or terminate the contract with mutual consent and shall intimate the same to the authority or the officer authorised in this behalf.
