Section 123(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)While determining wheeling charges and tariff for retail supply of electricity, the Commission shall be guided by the provisions of Section 61 and 62 of the Act.
