Section 10 in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Balancing and Settlement Code) Regulations, 2008
10. Power of the Commission to amend -
(1)The Commission may at any time at its sole discretion vary, alter, modify, add or amend any provision of these regulations.(2)Nothing in these regulations shall be deemed to limit or otherwise affect the inherent power of the Commission to make such orders as may be necessary for meeting the ends of justice or to prevent the abuse of the process of the Commission.
