Section 145 in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
145. Power to farm out fees.
- A Gram Panchayat shall have power to farm out the collection of any fees due to it under this Act or any rule, bye-law or regulation made thereunder, for any period not exceeding three years at a time on such conditions as it thinks fit.
