Section 28(c) in The Punjab Livestock and Birds Diseases Act, 1948
(c)sells or otherwise traffics in, or attempts to sell or traffic in, an infective [livestock or bird], or in anything mentioned in section 11 which may carry infection, or the carcass of a [livestock or bird] [Substituted for the words 'animal' or 'an animal' and 'animals' by Punjab Act of 1961, Section 4.] which at the time of its death was infective in contravention of section 11;
