Section 33(1) in The M.P. Zila Panchayats (Accounts) Rules, 1999
(1)The Zila Panchayat shall keep a separate register of grants in Form ZP-7 of the all the specific purpose grants received from the State Government, Central Government or any other authority and the expenditure incurred against each such grant.
