Section 11(1)(e) in The M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976

(e)if he has on any previous occasion been removed from the Office of Member of the Board or Committee or of a Local Authority or has been removed by order of a Competent Court from any position of trust either for mis-management or corruption.
