Section 11(1) in The M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976
(1)A person shall he disqualified for being nominated or appointed as, or for being, a member of the Board or a Committee-(a)if he is less than twenty-one years of age; or(b)if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a Competent Court; or(c)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(d)if he has been sentenced by a Criminal Court for an offence involving moral turpitude, such sentence not having been reversed; or(e)if he has on any previous occasion been removed from the Office of Member of the Board or Committee or of a Local Authority or has been removed by order of a Competent Court from any position of trust either for mis-management or corruption.
