Section 2(b) in The Haryana Medical Education Service Rules, 1988
(b)"Clinical departments of Medical College" means a department of Anaesthesiology, Burns and Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Cardiac surgery, Dermatology and Venerology, E.N.T., Gastoenterology, Medicine, Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics Surgery, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Paediatrics Surgery, Radiology, Radiotherapy, Surgery, Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases or any other departments notified by Medical Council of India and approved by the Government from time to time;
