Section 51(1) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(1)The Executive Committee shall have the power to issue orders not inconsistent with the provisions of thisAct, the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations for the guidance and working of Boards and Committees and other bodies constituted under the provisions of thisAct or the Statutes or the Ordinances or the Regulations and for regulating the procedure and conduct of business at meetings of any Authority of the University other than the General Council.
